CHG Holding Strong Amidst COVID-19

These are challenging and unforeseen times for people and businesses all over the world. We wanted to give you an update on the current state of Citadel Hospitality Group but first and foremost we hope you and your family are doing well and staying healthy amidst these trying times. Our hearts truly go out to those suffering with this illness and to those who are dealing with the repercussions of the shutdowns.

COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on all of our lives and businesses. We are closely monitoring and complying with all state and local regulations and mandates regarding events and social gatherings.

Our highest priority continues to be the health and well-being of our community and everyone who comes into our venues. As we navigate the evolving impact of the Corona-Virus on our daily lives, we are searching for ways to be of service to our past, present and future clients and our guests.

Being in the hospitality industry, which has been hit extremely hard, we are forced to think outside the box, focus on the future while adjusting to the present. Many of our events have been canceled, rescheduled or postponed “to be determined”. We are working closely with our clients, guiding them through their planning process while comforting their concerns.

Although, our doors are temporarily closed due to a mandatory “stay at home” order, we are available by phone and email for any questions, concerns or inquiries you have. We will continue to share beautiful images on social media, we will continue to answer our phones, and we will continue to work as a team but most of all, we will continue to support our community and assist those that have special events they are planning through these difficult times.

Our dedicated event staff is here to help wherever we can. We are here for you and are confident that we will get through this and come out stronger in the end!

Stay healthy and hang in there <3

Some common concerns we hear from clients...

Q: Can I reschedule my event if I need to?

A: Yes, your event can be rescheduled from its original date for good cause.

Q: When is a good time to reschedule my event?

A: The best time to reschedule is now. Dates will begin to fill up as others who were also forced to reschedule are booking future dates.

Q: I invited 250 guests to my wedding, what if less show up?

A: A minimum guest count is required 30 days prior to your event date. At that point in time you should have a good idea of how many guests have committed to coming to your wedding.

Q: Are you available for tours?

A: Although we would love to meet with you in person to show you our venue, we are currently not available for tour appointments. We are happy to share our packages, pricing and menu with you via email and discuss your special day over the phone until we are able to conduct tours again!
